Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CVOR Tech to join our Surgical Services team. This role is essential in providing high-quality care during cardiovascular surgeries. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the operating room staff, ensuring optimal patient care and safety throughout surgical procedures.

• Assist with patient preparation and positioning for cardiovascular surgeries.


• Manage and maintain surgical instruments and equipment in the CVOR.


• Work closely with the surgical team to ensure seamless operations during procedures.


• Participate in educating and training new staff members and students.


• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.


• Support a collaborative team environment while providing high-quality patient care.

• BLS certification required.


• NBSTSA certification mandatory.


• Experience in the operating room setting, specifically in cardiovascular procedures.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends on a rotating call schedule.


• Ability to work either 5x8 hour shifts or 4x10 hour shifts.

This position offers a day shift of 4x10 hours, from 07:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
