This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant located in New Haven, CT. The Personal Assistant will support executives through effective diary management, clerical duties, and other administrative tasks. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison for communication and contribute to maintaining an organized workflow.
- Experience in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong skills in Communication and Diary Management
- Proficiency in performing Clerical skills, including document management and scheduling
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
- Relevant experience in a nonprofit or consulting environment is a plus
