Summary:
We are seeking an experienced nCino Trainer to support enterprise training initiatives within Commercial Banking and CIB. This role focuses on developing and delivering complex, end‑to‑end training programs for diverse user groups, ranging from front‑line teams to operations, in support of nCino platform adoption and ongoing enhancements.
The ideal candidate is a self‑directed, adaptable training professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments and is comfortable training on highly technical systems with frequent updates.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and facilitate complex training programs for diverse end‑user groups, including front‑line staff and operations teams.
Create, update, and maintain training materials such as facilitator guides, learner content, and job aids; enhance existing materials and develop new content as needed.
Deliver training for onboarding and ongoing system releases, supporting frequent enhancements to technical platforms.
Quickly learn new systems and apply changes to training materials and delivery approaches.
Perform in multiple training roles, including facilitator, co‑facilitator, simulation runner, and training support.
Conduct hands‑on training using sandbox environments to demonstrate workflows and system functionality.
Collaborate closely with peers, product teams, and business partners to ensure training aligns with business needs and system updates.
Apply critical thinking to dynamic training scenarios, weighing options to ensure optimal outcomes.
Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
Qualifications:

Proven experience developing and facilitating complex training programs for diverse audiences.
Experience training on highly technical software systems with ongoing enhancements.
Strong ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt training accordingly.
Experience working in hands‑on sandbox environments.
Self‑directed and motivated, with the ability to work independently.
Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking in dynamic scenarios.
Experience with nCino.
