Work Schedule: Hybrid 3 days in office/2 days remote

Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Scrum or Agile. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Scrum Master challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications: Scrum or Agile experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Key Requirements:

-Strong understanding of Data Platforms and Cloud migrations
-Advanced Excel with ability to run complex queries and pivots for Executive reporting
-Power BI or Tableau (preferred)
-Jira and Agile reporting, JIRA automations
-Expert in SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools
-Data visualization and dashboard creation using JIRA
-Ability to manage ambiguity and drive execution
-Cross-functional coordination
-Proven use of AI tools in managing program reporting, managing AI -projects and SDLC. Familiarity with GenAI tools - MS copilot, etc
