Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support our Cyber Threat Management (CTM) team. This role will work closely with the CTM Product Owner and cross-functional teams to define milestones, drive execution, and deliver critical cybersecurity initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings strong Agile leadership, experience operating across multiple teams, and a solid understanding of cybersecurity domains such as threat detection and response. You will play a key role in ensuring predictable delivery, removing impediments, and aligning execution with organizational cyber risk priorities.
Responsibilities:
Lead Agile delivery across multiple cybersecurity teams, ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
Partner closely with the Cyber Threat Management Product Owner to define milestones and drive execution against key initiatives
Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines
Support initiatives across Cyber Threat Management capabilities, including:
Threat intelligence
Detection engineering and monitoring
Threat hunting
Incident response
Proactively identify and remove blockers; escalate risks impacting delivery or control effectiveness
Provide transparent, data-driven reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
Coach teams on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Ensure effective use of Agile tools (e.g., Jira) and maintain backlog health and visibility
Key Requirements:

Experience in Agile delivery roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Program Delivery
Proven ability to support delivery across multiple teams or complex programs
Strong working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks
Experience in cybersecurity environments (e.g., SOC, threat management, incident response, detection engineering)
Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Experience within Cyber Threat Management or Cyber Defense organizations
Familiarity with security tools and platforms (e.g., SIEM, EDR, DLP, SOAR)
Experience in regulated industries (financial services preferred)
Relevant certifications such as CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, PMP, or CISSP
