- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile best practices.
- Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and Business Analysts.
- Coordinate sprint planning, release planning, UAT, deployment, and production activities.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, blockers, dependencies, and technical debt.
- Track Agile metrics including velocity, capacity, burndown/burnup, cycle time, and throughput.
- Support CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, and continuous integration practices.
- Facilitate technical discussions and ensure effective cross-team collaboration.
- Provide project status, forecasting, and delivery reporting.
- 10 years of Scrum Master/Agile delivery experience.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, SQL, databases, Python, system integrations, and cloud environments.
- Understanding of application architecture, deployment, and production support.
- Strong risk, dependency, stakeholder, and conflict management skills.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
- Agile/Scrum certification.
- Experience managing multiple Agile teams or enterprise-scale software programs.
