Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to drive a large-scale enterprise data platform migration from Teradata to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role will lead the delivery execution of a complex, multi-year transformation impacting multiple data centers and users with existing and evolving data entitlements.
The Delivery Lead will serve as a key driver of program execution, working closely with product leaders, technology teams, and senior executives to ensure the migration is completed successfully by next year. This role requires strong executive presence, deep program management expertise, and hands-on experience with large-scale database and cloud migrations.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery for a large-scale data center and database migration from Teradata to Google Cloud Platform.
Own delivery execution across multiple workstreams, including platform migration, access/entitlement changes, testing, and rollout.
Partner with dedicated Product Leads and Technology teams to align delivery plans with business and platform objectives.
Drive detailed execution planning across multiple platforms, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and risks are actively managed.
Manage the impact of new data access models and entitlements for users.
Provide clear, concise, and confident updates to senior executives and key stakeholders.
Develop executive-ready materials, including status decks, risk summaries, and decision points.
Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices, including testing, validation, and deployment readiness.
Identify and proactively mitigate delivery risks to meet aggressive timelines and transformation goals.
Qualifications:

Proven experience leading large-scale technology deployments or enterprise transformation programs.
Strong background in program management, particularly within complex, multi-platform environments.
Experience with database and/or cloud migration initiatives (Teradata, GCP, or similar platforms).
Deep understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and large-scale rollout strategies.
Demonstrated ability to create executive-level presentations and clearly communicate delivery status, risks, and decisions.
Comfortable operating in front of senior executive audiences with confidence and credibility.
Exceptional communication skills, particularly in executive-facing environments.
Experience working in data-intensive or wholesale data market environments.
Familiarity with cloud data platforms and access/entitlement models.
