Work Schedule: 3 days in office/2 days remote

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support lending capabilities within Wholesale Operations. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional project teams and managing all phases of the project lifecycle for Lending Operations initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of driving projects forward in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for Lending Operations initiatives
Facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear agendas, documentation, and follow-ups
Track timelines, milestones, risks, and issues to ensure timely project completion
Evaluate system enhancements and assess impacts on Operations processes
Coordinate and ensure completion of all operational readiness activities, including:
Procedure updates
System demos
Training sessions
Internal communications
Troubleshoot project and operational issues, collaborating with stakeholders to identify solutions
Partner with cross-functional teams and act as a liaison to leadership, providing regular updates on project status and risks
Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications:

Experience in project management or product delivery
Proven ability to lead meetings, manage timelines, and track project issues and dependencies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience using collaboration and tracking tools such as JIRA and SharePoint
Experience working within an Agile environment
Experience in Operations, particularly within financial services (preferred)
Knowledge of Lending Operations and/or LoanIQ (preferred)
