Summary:
We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused Product Manager to join the Global Payments and Liquidity organization. This role will be instrumental in transforming the Revenue Management platform and delivering capabilities that enhance pricing strategy, strengthen governance, reduce manual touchpoints and revenue leakage, and drive adoption across Product and Sales teams.
The successful candidate will partner closely with a third-party vendor, Wells Fargo Product teams, and Technology partners to customize and scale the platform for Wells Fargo's business needs. This individual will lead platform implementation activities, support migration from legacy tools, oversee user onboarding, and ensure the successful delivery of a high-quality, scalable solution.

Responsibilities:
Serve as Product Manager for strategic Revenue Management platform initiatives within Global Payments and Liquidity.
Partner with a third-party vendor and internal stakeholders to tailor the platform and ensure it aligns with Wells Fargo business requirements and operating models.
Lead and support a large-scale platform transformation, including rollout, adoption, and migration from legacy tools and processes.
Gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into product features and enhancements.
Collaborate with Technology teams, business stakeholders, and vendor partners using Agile methodologies to deliver solutions iteratively.
Participate in testing activities, provide detailed feedback, validate functionality, and ensure quality outcomes throughout the development lifecycle.
Drive user onboarding, training, communication, and change management efforts to promote successful platform adoption.
Identify opportunities to improve pricing governance, operational efficiency, and revenue capture.
Monitor product performance and user adoption metrics, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Build strong relationships across Product, Sales, Technology, Operations, and vendor teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in Product Management, Program Management, Business Transformation, or related disciplines.
Experience leading or contributing to large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
Demonstrated experience working with third-party vendors to implement and customize enterprise platforms.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including testing, user acceptance activities, and feedback cycles.
Ability to operate independently and effectively in an evolving environment with minimal direction.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across multiple levels of the organization.
Treasury Management, Payments, or Liquidity Management experience within the banking or financial services industry.
Familiarity with revenue management, pricing, billing, or commercial banking product processes.
Experience supporting platform migrations and enterprise-wide adoption initiatives.
Background in organizational change management and user enablement.
Experience working in highly regulated environments with strong governance requirements.
Pricing or revenue management experience (preferred)
