Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced operational environment and have experience with cash handling, vault operations, and administrative support functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficient daily operations while ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance.
Responsibilities
Perform routine clerical and operational support tasks.
Receive, log, batch, sort, and distribute work items accurately.
Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
Maintain organized filing systems and process documentation.
Answer phones and provide administrative support as needed.
Process cash transactions and support vault operations.
Operate cash sorting equipment and perform basic troubleshooting.
Fill orders and support daily cash processing activities.
Follow established procedures and security protocols.
Escalate questions, discrepancies, or operational issues to supervisors.
Meet productivity and accuracy standards in a high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Minimum 6 months of operations support experience or an equivalent combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cash vault operations and high-volume cash handling.
Experience processing cash transactions and fulfilling orders.
Working knowledge of cash sorting machines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
