Responsibilities:
Contact referred customers to confirm business needs.
Manage and track leads through the CRM system.
Document customer interactions and referral details accurately.
Schedule appointments and coordinate handoffs to Sales Consultants.
Follow up on customer documentation, signatures, and onboarding activities.
Participate in feedback sessions and process improvement initiatives.
Maintain strong pipeline management and status reporting.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Experience in customer service, sales support, customer success, contact center, or similar environments.
Strong outbound calling and customer follow-up experience.
Experience managing customer pipelines and CRM systems.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Bilingual Spanish. (preferred)
Experience with underwriting, loan processing, contract support, or documentation collection. (preferred)
Background in business banking, account management, or client services.
