Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support Associate to support critical back-office operations within a fast-paced financial services environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience handling financial documents, banking operations, or administrative support functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and organizing documentation, completing mail runs, updating records, and navigating multiple systems to support operational workflows.
Responsibilities:
Perform operational support activities related to document processing and records management
Conduct mail runs and distribute incoming correspondence to appropriate teams
Review, categorize, and route financial and business documents accurately
Update and maintain documents and records within internal systems
Navigate multiple applications simultaneously to complete daily tasks
Ensure documents are processed in accordance with established procedures and quality standards
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working in a high-volume environment
Support various administrative and operational functions as needed
Qualifications:

6 months of operations support experience or equivalent experience
Ability to work efficiently in a structured, process-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience working with multiple computer applications and systems
Ability to manage recurring tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in financial services, banking, or back-office operations
Experience handling, reviewing, or processing financial documents
Familiarity with document management, records processing, or administrative support functions
Ability to recognize and classify different document types for proper routing and processing
