Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support daily operational and clerical functions within a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy structured, production-based work and are comfortable working independently while following established procedures.
This is a non-customer-facing role. There is no phone work involved. The position is focused exclusively on document processing and data entry activities performed on a computer throughout the workday.
Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, dependable attendance, and the ability to efficiently manage routine operational responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Perform general clerical and operational support activities
Receive, log, batch, and distribute incoming work items
Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Complete document processing and data entry tasks with accuracy
Review assigned daily work and independently complete production tasks
Follow established procedures and operational guidelines
Escalate questions or issues to supervisors or senior team members as needed
Maintain quality and productivity standards while working under close supervision
Qualifications:
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
6 months of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Strong PC experience with keyboarding and 10-key skills
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Strong data entry and decision-making abilities
Ability to follow established procedures and work instructions
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality are critical for success
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
Ability to work independently after training while maintaining productivity standards
Previous experience in operations, administrative support, document processing, mailroom, back-office, or production-based environments
Experience handling high-volume clerical or operational workloads
Strong accuracy and quality focus when processing information
