Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Business Services Consulting and contribute to large-scale planning related to Technology Business Services Consulting deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Technology Business Services Consulting challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Technology Business Services Consulting deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Technology Business Services Consulting.
Responsibilities:
Senior Business Accountability Specialist in the Secure Network Service Management organization to perform analysis, review data files, create reporting and supporting Change Management, Major Incident, and Problem functions for the organization. The candidate will need to have the ability to create documentation, processes, and programs to ensure quality standards are met, relevant controls are followed and executed, and deficiencies are identified and addressed.
In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems.
- Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirements.
- Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems.
- Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutions.
- Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes.
- Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables.
- Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- 4 years of Service Management Experience in ITIL disciplines (Major Incident/Problem/Change Management), or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem solver. Able to consistently make excellent decisions through a combination of data analysis, judgment, and experience – including the ability to anticipate future consequences and trends and incorporate them into the organizational plan.
- 3 years data analytics experience. Skilled at analyzing data sets, drawing out conclusions and trends, and communicating those trends to broader audiences.
- 2 years technical experience with Network/Security devices, Service Management experience. Bonus: Certifications like ITIL v4.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to interact with all levels of an organization.
- Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
