Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Communications and contribute to large-scale planning related to Communications deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Communications challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Communications deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Communications.
Responsibilities:
- Design a comprehensive communications plan to educate and engage the Enterprise on changes in the Third Party Risk Management Program, including platform, procedure and requirements, through the KEI.
- Connections to broader changes occurring in Supply Chain Management
- Create content templates to streamline communication development in collaboration with working teams.
- Conduct stakeholder impact and readiness assessments to inform communication strategies and adjust plans as needed.
- Draft and deliver communication materials such as emails, presentations, and intranet content.
- Coordinate messaging and execution with Corporate Communications, CAO, and other key stakeholders (e.g., KEI SteerCo).
- Monitor and ensure follow-through on commitments made in communications.
- Design and conduct periodic feedback assessments to evaluate communication effectiveness and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Seeking a strategic communications professional to lead the development of an end-to-end communications strategy, including audience segmentation, message design, and execution planning.
- Proven experience in strategic communications, preferably within third-party risk or supply chain environments.
- Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and align messaging across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience conducting impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
