Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Change Implementation. Review and analyze basic or tactical Change Implementation assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in Change Implementation.
Wells Fargo is seeking an Implementation Consultant in Merchant Services to lead standard implementation projects for both E-Bill Express, Wells Fargo Payment Gateway, and other solutions.
In this role, you will:
• Project manage client-facing, less complex projects for E-Bill Express, Wells Fargo Payment Gateway, and other solutions
• Apply project management methodology to facilitate implementations, establishing timelines, and tracking ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery for our clients
• Accurately document the status of projects, risks, and blockers as defined in procedures
• Provide training to clients and internal parties, as needed
• Escalate project challenges to leadership, Sales, and other parties, as needed
• Proactively identify and actively seek feedback and improvement opportunities from internal partners and clients
• Support strategic and team initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• 2 years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
• Effective project management skills
• Stakeholder engagement experience
• Payments experience – issuing, acquiring, network
• Has experience working closely with Sales, Relationship Management, Treasury Management teams
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Payments Professional (CPP)
