What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Lead - .NET position at Wells Street Growth?
One of our clients in Chicago is rebuilding a software platform responsible for driving a majority of their revenue. We're helping them add a full time Tech Lead to the team, who will be responsible for driving that program forward.
This person will be responsible for:
- Application-level design and working with an architecture team on enterprise/cloud platform design
- Technical leadership of a team of about 4 engineers
- Hands on engineering in C#
- Engaging with stakeholder to help define requirements and solicit product feedback
Required Skills:
- 8 years of experience in .NET and C#
- Strong command of application design patterns
- Demonstrated experience of a senior level contribution to an application build
- Strong command of Agile best practices
This role requires an onsite presence 3 days/week in Chicago. We'll be prioritizing candidates that are already living in the Chicago area as we work through applicants.
