Wells Street Growth is helping a client add a Creative Director to their team. Our client is building a software product designed to bring the best restaurant experiences in to Gen Z in a way that makes sense for them.
This person will have the opportunity to build their creative foundation from the ground up — visual identity, tone of voice, brand guidelines, and the aesthetic standards everything is measured against
Roll up your sleeves — in the early days you'll be designing, writing, and art-directing yourself as much as delegating
Shape how the brand shows up across website, product, social, sales collateral, and events — with limited resources but zero compromise on quality
Hire and manage a lean creative team and freelance network as we scale
Be a founding voice in how they tell their story — to customers, investors, and the industry
What we're looking for
- 7 years in a creative role, with experience building or significantly shaping a brand — startup or agency background welcome
- A portfolio with a clear luxury sensibility — you know what premium looks and feels like, and you can execute it on a budget
- Thrives with ambiguity and ownership — you don't need a brief handed to you, you write it
- Genuine passion for food, hospitality, or the culture around fine dining
