What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Solutions Engineer position at Wells Street Growth?
Wells Street Growth is searching for a Customer Solutions Engineer on behalf of a client. Our client is a disrupter in the payments processing industry, with a product that allows businesses and their customers to receive funds instantly.
As their client base grows, there is a need to add a technical customer success professional to the team. There are three high level areas of responsibility that this person will have:
- Help customers solve both non-technical and technical issues related to the platform
- Contribute to increased platform usage/revenue by working towards customer retention and identifying opportunities to upsell
- Aid in building a sustainable customer solutions practice
Skills that will make someone successful in the role:
- Experience in a customer success role at a start up, with a connection to revenue
- Prior work with SQL, to troubleshoot issues and examine customer data
- Experience evaluating log files to determine the cause of technical issues
This role carries an expectation to be onsite in Chicago's West Loop neighborhood 4 days per week. We will be prioritizing candidates who are currently local to the Chicago area during the search.
