Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server–based solutions, including tables, views, complex stored procedures, and user-defined functions.
- Perform advanced SQL query performance tuning to support a high‑user‑activity application.
- Support RAPU (Regulatory and Policy Updates) initiatives and contribute to the ongoing development of a policy governance platform.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development for a greenfield application, enhancing and expanding platform capabilities.
- Develop and maintain Tableau reports and dashboards for business and regulatory stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an iterative development environment.
- Contribute at a Lead‑level technical depth (hands‑on expert), without formal people management or work assignment responsibilities.
- Support a home‑grown enterprise application (platform established within the last 4 years).
- Occasionally assist with release activities; overnight product releases are rare for contractors.
- Potential (but not guaranteed) exposure to AI‑related work, particularly for candidates with Python experience.
