In this role, you will
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior leaders and stakeholders across the enterprise
- Influence and shape incoming work requests, ensuring alignment to HR and enterprise priorities
- Communicate complex analytical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ensure reporting processes and analytic solutions meet business requirements and adhere to standards
- Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable reporting and data solutions
- Advise leadership on analytical strategies and advanced data visualization
- Develop data, reporting, and dashboard solutions using SQL (or similar tools) and business intelligence tools (i.e. Tableau, PowerBI)
- Complete risk-mitigating activities including testing, peer review, documentation
- Drive clarity and consistency in documentation for senior leaders and regulatory audiences
- Mentor and develop team members and lead complex, cross-functional analytic initiatives
- 7 years of Analytics, Reporting, Financial Modeling or Statistics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders and stakeholders
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and SQL
- ServiceNow reporting, dashboard & visualization
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights and dashboards
- Experience documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting and risk management practices
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and deliver strategic outcomes
- Strong interpersonal skills to resolve obstacles and align diverse stakeholders
- This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
- This position is a hybrid work model must be willing to work out of one of the posted locations
