Responsibilities:
- Govern hardware and software lifecycle risk by identifying assets approaching or exceeding End of Support (EoS)
- Ensure ServiceNow EoS-related functionality operates effectively; manage enhancements and continuous improvements
- Develop, refine, and prioritize user stories in alignment with Agile (Scrum) practices
- Participate in scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation, and quality assurance activities
- Leverage ServiceNow CMDB data and Power BI to identify at-risk assets and trends
- Partner with Product Owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders to define and track remediation plans
- Proactively follow up on at-risk items to ensure accountability and timely resolution
- Escalate issues where progress does not align with governance policies or risk expectations
- Create clear, concise executive-level reporting and presentations (PowerPoint) to enable decision-making
- Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with leadership expectations
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive alignment, transparency, and outcomes

- Experience writing user stories, participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and performing UAT/testing
- Strong data analytics background with experience working on data-driven projects and databases
- Experience with policy governance or risk management frameworks
- Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and build strong partnerships
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data to executive audiences
