The Enterprise Change Management & Governance Analyst supports organizational change governance by coordinating forums, managing documentation, and maintaining enterprise change records. This role partners closely with technology, risk, and controls teams to ensure change initiatives are well‑governed, documented, and aligned with enterprise standards. The ideal candidate has strong project management, communication, and process improvement skills, with experience in governance, risk, and compliance environments.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, refine, maintain, and archive documentation associated with enterprise change governance forums.
- Manage Enterprise Change Management (ECM) initiatives and change events within the ECM platform (The Registry).
- Attend governance forums and present change‑related materials to large audiences as needed.
- Take detailed meeting minutes during governance forums and distribute materials to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Support issue management reporting and collaborate with risk and controls teams to address findings and action items.
- Ensure alignment with technology SDLC processes and documentation standards.
- Contribute to business process improvement and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Support governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) activities related to enterprise change management.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, including experience presenting to large audiences.
- Experience documenting processes, governance decisions, and change activities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including SharePoint and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of technology SDLC processes and associated documentation.
- Experience with risk governance or governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks.
- Experience using Jira or similar work management tools.
- Familiarity with enterprise change management platforms and governance forums.
