In this role, you will:

• Review credit analysis on assigned portfolio to include financial trends, controls and collateral

• Schedule and coordinate bank deposit review, audits and buyout process

• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development

• Make decisions and resolves issues to meet business objectives

• Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

• Interact with internal customers

Required Qualifications:

• 6 months of Distribution Finance Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• 6 months of Customer Service Experience

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or related field of study

• Financial Services Experience, with a high level of customer interaction

• Experience in Fast Paced, Deadline Driven Environment

• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel

• Good PC skills with the aptitude to learn new systems quickly

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment

• Energetic, quick learner, positive attitude, self-motivated

• Ability to work independently, organizing and managing multiple priorities
