Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Commercial Loan Closing. Review and analyze basic or tactical Commercial Loan Closing assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in Commercial Loan Closing. Required Qualifications: 2 years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations related to loan closing and transaction fulfillment.
- This team is responsible for supporting financing and transaction activity for the “RICOH USA program.”
- Audit financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Validate that transaction documentation aligns with data in the system of record.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in documentation and system entries.
- Conduct thorough reviews of legal and financial language in transaction documents.
- Sync municipal documents that are non-standard to ensure alignment with legal and credit approvals
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Proven experience in document and language review within a corporate setting.
- Demonstrated ability to process and make decisions on financial transactions independently.
- Background in leasing operations, including data entry, document matching, and adherence to process guidelines.
- Familiarity with systems of record and workflow tools.
- Experience with Wells Fargo proprietary applications such as Siebel Row and Lease Connect (preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
