Required Skills & Experience

• 4 years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Experience with loan closing deals for asset-based lending with a law firm or large financial institution
• Experience assessing insurance documents & letters of credit
• MS office/ adobe products
  
  

What You Will Be Doing

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Commercial Loan Closing and contribute to large-scale planning related to Commercial Loan Closing deliverables.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Commercial Loan Closing challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Commercial Loan Closing deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Commercial Loan Closing.
