Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with program goals, timelines, and governance requirements.
- Establish and maintain a weekly and monthly reporting cadence, consolidating inputs from workstream leaders and generating accurate, timely, and actionable reports.
- Oversee weekly program governance reports, ensuring clarity, consistency, and executive readiness.
- Engage closely with front-office partners—understanding their priorities, terminology, and operating models.
- Partner with leaders across Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) and Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) to gather data, validate insights, and communicate program updates.
- Build high-quality executive-ready PowerPoint decks, translating complex Excel-based data into clear visual narratives tailored for senior audiences.
- Act as a proactive liaison across functional areas, quickly developing a deep understanding of integrated processes and dependencies.
- Serve as the program’s Excel power user, capable of running and optimizing complex scripts, formulas, and logic-driven processes.
- Expertly leverage VLOOKUPs, macros, queries, pivot tables, and advanced Excel functions to manipulate and analyze data with speed and accuracy.
- Seamlessly integrate Excel outputs into PowerPoint deliverables used for senior leadership forums.

- Proven project or program management experience within Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or a related financial services environment.
- Familiarity with front-office functions, terminology, and workflows; ability to engage credibly with trading, sales, or capital markets leadership.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (macros, VBA, complex formulas, queries) and PowerPoint (executive-level storytelling).
- Proven success managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to quickly synthesize information, connect cross-functional dependencies, and drive structured program execution.
