Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end to end complex issues to resolution for the Loan IQ platform
- Provide real time feedback back to product team and vendor on issues/enhancements
- Report and log all defects identified
- Collaborate closely with Product Owner's, business SME's and technology
- Drive control room operations post conversions to ensure a white glove service to operations users and quickly resolving key issues
- Participate in business validation and release activities
- Assist in Key activities such as post conversion scrubs

- 4 yrs LoanIQ experience
- 4 yrs Banking Operations experience
- Experience with planning and execution
- Previous experience working closely with Stakeholders
- Production support experience
- Transformation project experience
