You will work closely with technology, engineering, and compliance partners to support system stability, resolve production issues, and drive automation initiatives that reduce manual operational effort.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily operational and functional support for the bank’s archiving and compliance platform.
- Support remediation, regulatory, and audit-driven initiatives.
- Monitor system health, investigate issues, and conduct root cause analysis in a production environment.
- Participate in incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Maintain detailed documentation and operational records to satisfy compliance standards.
- Partner with engineering teams to automate manual, repetitive processes.
- Contribute to cloud migration, modernization, and reliability engineering initiatives.
Reliability, Automation & SRE
- Experience with SRE concepts or operational automation.
- Strong PowerShell scripting for automation and operational efficiency.
- Ability to identify and eliminate manual workload through automation.
- Working knowledge of Java-based applications and testing fundamentals.
- Experience supporting Tomcat or similar Java application servers.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (SQL, Oracle, etc.).
- Experience supporting database-driven applications and decentralized admin functions.
- Familiarity with Liquibase or similar database change‑management tools (preferred).
- ServiceNow experience for incident tracking and workflow management.
- Power BI experience for operational or compliance reporting (preferred).

- Proven experience supporting enterprise-grade applications in production.
- Strong troubleshooting across applications, databases, and infrastructure layers.
- Experience working within highly regulated and compliance-driven environments.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective collaborator able to work with technical, compliance, and business teams.
- Archiving, compliance, or regulated communications platforms. (Preferred)
- Participation in cloud transformation or modernization initiatives. (Preferred)
- Experience with SRE or operations-to-engineering transition models. (Preferred)
