The Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) delivers a comprehensive suite of banking, capital markets and advisory solutions, including a full complement of sales, trading and research capabilities, to corporate, government and institutional clients. The CIB AI & Innovation team, aligned within the CIB Chief Operating Office, is seeking an experienced individual to join its AI Delivery team. This role will be responsible for AI initiatives by managing all activities in a project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, and closing. This role will involve managing cross-functional project teams, integrating AI technologies into Agile processes, and continuously improving project delivery.

In This Role, You Will

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Act as a hands-on subject matter expert, architecting scalable solutions and promoting data excellence.
  • Conduct strategic reviews and performance assessments, providing creative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Develop and implement program and project-level processes, procedures, and performance metrics
  • Demonstrate an understanding of policy, methodology, and artifact creation that influence and lead agile delivery to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Work to identify, strategize and execute highly complex Artificial Intelligence initiatives that span a line of business
  • Recommend business strategy and deliver Artificial Intelligence enabling solutions to solve business challenges
  • Define and prioritize cases, obtain the required resources and ensure the solutions deliver the intended benefits
  • Leverage Artificial Intelligence expertise to evaluate technological readiness and resources required to execute the proposed solutions
  • Make decisions to drive the implementation of Artificial Intelligence initiatives and programs while serving multiple stakeholders
  • Resolve issues which may arise during development or implementation

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of Artificial Intelligence Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Industry experience in AI/GenAI and Document Intelligence AI from idea generation to implementation
  • Experience implementing AI/GenAI Document Intelligence AI solutions in Corporate Investment Banking, understanding of business use cases and applicable solutions
  • Knowledge of AI/ML technologies, libraries, and tools.
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively across large, complex organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability and partnership building are critical
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to define and lead large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.

Salary

$159,000-$254,000

Job Expectations

  • This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire. Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$159,000.00 - $254,000.00
