Agile Delivery Lead

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Delivery Lead (Data Management) for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is an 18 month contract opportunity.

In this role, you will consult on complex data management initiatives and lead an Agile team working with legacy data platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing agile maturity to the team, facilitating all agile events, and partnering closely with product owners to refine and prioritize work. You will enable transparency for stakeholders through dashboards and reporting while ensuring Jira hygiene.

Responsibilities:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management
• Enable Agile Delivery by bringing agile maturity, standards, and best practices to the team
• Facilitate Agile events such as Sprint planning, reviews, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, and PI planning
• Partner closely with product owners to prioritize work and refine backlogs
• Adopt AI capabilities in Jira ticket creation and maintenance
• Address Jira hygiene regularly
• Enable transparency for stakeholders through dashboards and reporting
• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience as an Agile Delivery lead for a Technology Product
• 5 years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
