Role Description

We are seeking a full-time attorney to join our growing team. Work onsite alongside our team of attorneys, LLPs and paralegals in our downtown Denver office. We offer competitive benefits and pay commensurate with experience and qualifications. Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of relevant litigation experience and be able to handle complex family law matters independently. Excellent client management, attention to detail and ability to manage staff are essential qualities. Marketing skills and ability to interact effectively with firm leadership, attorneys and staff to ensure successful client outcomes a plus.


Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school;
  • License to practice law in Colorado;
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant litigation experience;
  • Strong foundational knowledge in Family Law, including experience in areas such as divorce, APR, support, and property division;
  • Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents, as well as conducting thorough legal research.
  • Skilled in client advocacy, negotiations, and mediation to achieve favorable outcomes;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear client interactions and effective courtroom representation;
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple cases, and meet deadlines efficiently;
  • Dedication to providing high-quality legal counsel with empathy and integrity.


Billing, Pay and Benefits:

·        110 hours per month billable hour expectation;

·        Competitive base pay plus bonuses based on collections ($140,000 to $220,000 total depending upon experience);

·        No book of business required;

·        Colorado Bar Association and Family Law Section memberships paid by firm;

·        Family Law Institute and AAML Annual Advance Family Law Conference tuition paid by firm;

  • The annual salary range for this position is $140,000 to $220,000, depending upon experience. The range is a reliable estimate based on the billable hours and collections this individual is expected to generate. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, billable hour expectations, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.
