The base pay range for this position is $69,000 to $96,740 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This pay range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.

- Supervise a team of Operators, Packers, Line Coordinators, Production Clerks and Janitors.
- Works closely with other departments regarding production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolves problems.
- Meets production financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
- Evaluates functionality and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment and employees.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal (OSHA) codes and regulations.
