We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Producer Support Staff. In this role, you'll play a critical part in helping our producers (agents) with essential sales and service tasks. Whether you're answering policy-related questions, providing training, or assisting with policy documentation, your contributions will be key to ensuring our team runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client & Producer Support: Assist producers with fulfilling client requests, answering policy-related questions, and providing general administrative support.
- Training & Policy Guidance: Deliver policy training to producers, create policy models for quotes or demonstrations, and help interpret complex policy language.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Producer Support Manager and other team members to ensure smooth operations, while remaining flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
What We're Looking For:
- Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are always ready to lend a helping hand when needed.
- Adaptability: Able to pivot between tasks as priorities change, ensuring the most urgent tasks are completed without missing a beat. This often occurs and is a vital skill producer support staff members must possess.
- Tech-Savvy: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Pro is required as these programs have become essential in the day-to-day operations within our company.
- Prior Experience (a plus, but not required): While experience in an office setting is preferred, it is not essential. A willingness to learn and grow is the top priority!
- Eagerness to Learn: A genuine interest in developing your knowledge of crop insurance policies and processes, with a positive, can-do attitude.
