This is a full-time, on-site role based in Trenton, NJ, for a Director of Clinical Case Management. The role involves leading and managing a team of case managers to develop and implement effective care strategies for members. Key responsibilities include overseeing case management operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, coordinating care plans, analyzing healthcare data, and working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to drive better health outcomes and cost efficiency.
