Job Summary:
The Clinical Site Supervisor serves as a key clinical and operational leader within a designated Wellness Grove site (Fulton). This role provides both administrative and clinical supervision, supports high-quality and ethical care delivery, and contributes to the overall performance, culture, and sustainability of the clinical team.
Through thoughtful supervision, operational support, and clinical leadership, this role helps strengthen the services available to clients while supporting the development and success of clinicians across the organization.
This role requires strong clinical judgment, leadership presence, organizational effectiveness, and a commitment to advancing quality care through supervision, collaboration, and site-level accountability.
We are hiring for the following Ohio licensures:
- LPCC-S (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor w/Supervision)
- LISW-S (Licensed Independent Social Worker w/Supervision)
- IMFT-S (Licensed Independent Marriage & Family Therapist w/Supervision)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Clinical & Supervisory
- Provide administrative clinical supervision to clinicians, ensuring adherence to state licensure and ethical standards, contractual obligations, and organizational practices and policies
- Oversee service delivery to ensure high-quality, evidence-based, and trauma-informed care
- Participate in case consultation, quality assurance initiatives, and clinician onboarding and training
- Conduct clinical audits to ensure compliance with documentation, treatment standards, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain an active clinical and/or supervisory caseload based on site needs
- Conduct clinical assessments and ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment planning as needed
- Support clinicians in the development, implementation, and evaluation of effective treatment plans
- Provide supervision and oversight as it relates to risk assessment, crisis intervention, and complex clinical decision-making
- Complete required documentation in a timely and accurate manner, as required by the organization
- Collaborate as an active member of a multidisciplinary team
Operational & Strategic
- Partner with leadership on site operations including space planning, service offerings, and clinician onboarding and offboarding
- Provide leadership presence and responsiveness within site-specific communication channels (e.g., Training Chats) that may extend beyond designated work hours, particularly as it relates to crisis response
- Attend and actively contribute to clinical leadership meetings
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture
- Address clinician performance concerns in a timely, constructive, and solution-focused manner (with support of clinical leadership as appropriate)
- Support and engage in organizational initiatives, programs, and events
- Contribute to the growth and development of clinical services, with a focus on innovation and quality improvement
- Help position clinical care as a core component of Wellness Grove’s integrative wellness model

Working Hours:
40 hours/week; In Person Schedule Required with one Saturday shift per month and one evening shift per week.
Our Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday, 7am to 9pm EST
Saturday, 9am to 5pm EST

Work Remotely:

Required Experience & Expectations:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in providing direct clinical services
- Demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor, and support clinician development (across all developmental levels)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities in a dynamic environment
- High level of attention to detail, particularly in documentation and compliance
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach to leadership
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and support organizational growth and change
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Professional judgment, emotional regulation, and the ability to remain composed under pressure
- Alignment with Wellness Grove’s standards, values, and long-term vision
Required Education:
- Active Ohio licensure with supervisory designation (e.g., LPCC-S, LISW-S, IMFT-S)
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
Preferred Experience & Expectations: (not required)
- Experience in a group practice or integrated behavioral health setting.
- Familiarity with diverse populations and culturally responsive care practices.
- Exposure to program development, service line expansion, or strategic planning initiatives.
- Knowledge of community resources and the broader behavioral health landscape.
