Physical Therapy Technician / Aide / Exercise Specialist (Part-Time)
We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and growth-minded Physical Therapy Technician / Aide / Exercise Specialist to join our growing clinic team.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong exercise, fitness, or athletic background who is interested in rehabilitation, sports performance, and helping patients improve their movement and function.
We are especially looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to grow with the clinic long-term. This role includes opportunities for performance and incentive-based growth as the clinic continues to expand.
Schedule
- Part-Time
- Monday–Friday
- 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Assist the Doctor of Physical Therapy with patient exercises and treatment flow
- Guide patients through corrective exercises and strengthening programs
- Prepare and clean treatment areas and equipment
- Support clinic operations and daily organization
- Assist with clinic workflow and operational efficiency
- Provide excellent patient interaction and customer service
- Help maintain a positive, energetic, and professional clinic environment
- Be versatile and adaptable with daily clinic responsibilities as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Personal Trainer Certification preferred (NASM, ACSM, ACE, CSCS, etc.)
- Athletic background or strong exercise experience preferred
- Interest in physical therapy, sports medicine, fitness, or rehabilitation
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in contributing to clinic growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
