Front Desk Administrator (Full-Time) – Wellness Clinic | Patient Relations | Administrative Excellence

Location: 11123 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45249

Pay: $13 – $19 per hour Weekly Bonus/Incentives

We’re looking for a Front Desk Administrator who is the face of the clinic—someone professional, high-energy, and exceptionally organized. You are the first and last person our patients see, and your mission is to ensure every visit starts and ends with a positive, seamless experience.

What You’ll Do & Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients with enthusiasm and manage the check-in/check-out process
  • Manage high-volume phone lines and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism
  • Master the clinic schedule to ensure efficient patient flow and provider productivity
  • Collect patient payments, co-pays, and manage daily financial balancing
  • Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with administrative paperwork
  • Maintain a pristine and welcoming front office and lobby environment
  • Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure patients are seen in a timely manner
  • Support office operations through data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a medical front office, high-end hospitality, or luxury retail preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable learning clinic software
  • A positive, "can-do" attitude with a passion for helping others
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional in both appearance and demeanor
