Pay: $13 – $19 per hour Weekly Bonus/Incentives

We’re looking for a Front Desk Administrator who is the face of the clinic—someone professional, high-energy, and exceptionally organized. You are the first and last person our patients see, and your mission is to ensure every visit starts and ends with a positive, seamless experience.
What You’ll Do & Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients with enthusiasm and manage the check-in/check-out process
- Manage high-volume phone lines and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism
- Master the clinic schedule to ensure efficient patient flow and provider productivity
- Collect patient payments, co-pays, and manage daily financial balancing
- Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with administrative paperwork
- Maintain a pristine and welcoming front office and lobby environment
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure patients are seen in a timely manner
- Support office operations through data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical front office, high-end hospitality, or luxury retail preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry
- Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable learning clinic software
- A positive, "can-do" attitude with a passion for helping others
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in both appearance and demeanor
