Wellness Dental is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, motivated Appointment Setting Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on speaking with new patients who have already expressed interest in full-arch dental implant solutions and helping them schedule their consultation.

This position includes a dedicated private workspace with natural lighting, offering a clean, comfortable, and professional setting for focused patient conversations.

No cold calling. No dental implant experience required. Dental Experience PreferredIf you’re confident on the phone and enjoy helping people, we’ll train you on the rest.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with warm inbound leads who have completed online forms or requested appointments for dental implants
• Make outbound follow-up calls to guide patients toward scheduling
• Screen and qualify patients for implant consultations
• Schedule new patient appointments accurately in Dentrix
• Re-engage patients who didn’t schedule, canceled, or no-showed
• Answer questions with empathy, professionalism, and confidence
• Help patients feel comfortable taking the next step toward improved health and confidence

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time or Part-time available
• Monday–Friday (Shifts between 8:00am–6:00pm)
• No weekends
• Bi-weekly pay
• $19–$24/hour (based on experience)
• 90-day performance review
• Immediate eligibility for bonus program
• You’ll receive over 300 warm, inbound leads per month from patients who have already expressed interest in dental implants.
• For every appointment you schedule that shows up, you’ll earn $20 per patient.
• You can easily earn $15,000-$30,000 per year in additional bonuses
• The more you book, the more leads you’ll get - No Cap

Experience & Qualifications

• Dental experience preferred but not required
• Implant knowledge (full-arch / All-on-4) is helpful but not required
• Will train candidates with strong phone, sales, or appointment-setting backgrounds
• Comfortable with inbound and outbound calls
• Experience working with CRM software is a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Organized, goal-driven, and detail-oriented
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Dentrix experience a plus
