Position Overview
We’re seeking an LGPC who is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy. This role is perfect for a clinician who wants a supportive environment, consistent supervision, and opportunities to expand their clinical skills while working with a steady stream of referrals.
What You’ll Do
- Provide individual and couples/family psychotherapy to a diverse caseload
- Conduct intakes, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely, compliant documentation
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and weekly case consultations
- Collaborate with supervisors and team leads to support your professional development
- Engage in ethical, client-centered clinical care

What We’re Looking For
- Active Maryland LGPC license
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to client-centered, trauma-informed work
- Reliable, organized, and clinically curious
- Comfortable with (or willing to learn) electronic health records
- Interest in building a long-term, meaningful clinical home
Bonus Skills/Interests (Not Required)
- Couples or family therapy interest
- Specialties such as trauma, anxiety, perinatal mental health, ADHD, or mood disorders
- Experience with diverse populations and inclusive care
