Responsibilities

- Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing urgent mental health or behavioral issues.
- Offer addiction counseling and support for clients dealing with substance use challenges.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff or interns, fostering professional growth and skill development.
- Collaborate with community agencies such as Section 8 housing programs, Medicare providers, and workforce development initiatives to coordinate care.
- Assist clients with navigating social service systems, including Childcare resources and Medicaid programs.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in social work and behavioral health.
Skills
