Bilingual Patient Recruitment Coordinator
Entry-Level | English & Spanish
We are looking for an energetic, personable, and motivated individual to join our clinical research team as a Bilingual Patient Recruitment Coordinator.
No clinical research experience is required. We are looking for the right personality, work ethic, and communication skills and will provide training.
What You'll Do
- Speak with potential clinical trial participants by phone
- Follow up with candidates who have expressed interest
- Ask basic pre-screening questions
- Schedule candidates for screening visits
- Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates
- Help provide an excellent experience from the first phone call through their first visit
- Work closely with the Site Operations Manager and clinical team
Who We're Looking For
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of phone calls
- Friendly, confident, and professional on the phone
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable working with goals and performance expectations
- Sales, customer service, hospitality, call center, or similar experience is a plus
- High school diploma required
- Clinical research experience is not required
