Duties
- Foster a welcoming environment by greeting patients and potential patients
- Educate people about our services via answering phone calls, greeting walk-ins and emailing about upcoming events
- Managing other practitioners at the wellness center
- Helping with social media, flyers & other marketing tools as needed
Qualifications
- Desire to help people with their wellness goals and assist CEO of wellness center
- Enthusiasm for wellness preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire people towards achieving their wellness goals
- Ability to work in a small office environment doing administrative tasks
- Excellent phone skills with a calm & nurturing demeanor
