Program Director – Mental Health
We are seeking a qualified Program Director to oversee the operation, development, and management of our mental health program.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily program operations and staff
Provide crisis consultation and management
Coordinate with outside providers and practitioners
Ensure compliance with NJ regulations
Supervise team and support program growth
Requirements:
Master’s degree in a human services field 5 years mental health experience (including 2 years supervisory),OR Valid professional license (LCSW, LPC, LAC, LCADC, Psychologist, APN, MSN, etc.) with required experience
Qualifications:
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Experience in mental health program management
Knowledge of NJ Administrative Code preferred
Pay: $68,618.71 - $82,637.59 per year
Work Location: In person
