Counselor/Case Manager position available at New Essecare Mental Health Day Program/Partial Care level of care, where we provide services to mentally ill adults.
FT Case Manager position requiring a bachelor's degree or an associates degree with 3 years experience available. Must have a degree in Psychology, Social Work or related social service field.
Responsibilities include maintaining client records in a timely and efficient manor. Assessing client needs and creating treatment plans to implement services, as well as facilitating groups for our clients to assist them in reaching their goals and help them to build independence.
