Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rochester, NY, for a Physical Therapist specializing in Pelvic Floor and Breast Cancer Rehab. The position involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with pelvic floor dysfunction and breast cancer rehabilitation needs. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized care plans, educating patients, collaborating with caregivers, and engaging in evidence-based rehabilitation practices. The role emphasizes providing compassionate and tailored patient care while fostering overall wellness and improving the quality of life for patients.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques
- Proficiency in Patient Care, including personalized treatment planning and patient education
- Experience with specialized care, including Pelvic Floor therapy and Breast Cancer rehabilitation is preferred but training and mentorship will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support patients and caregivers
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Active state licensure to practice Physical Therapy
