The Corporate Paralegal supports the legal team by preparing and organizing corporate and healthcare-related legal documents, including contracts, compliance records, and governance materials. Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law and corporate governance, with familiarity in healthcare or regulated industries preferred.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including contracts, corporate records, and regulatory filings.
- Experience in Document Review, with attention to detail, accuracy, and risk identification.
- Skilled in Research related to statutes, regulations, and case law, and in summarizing findings for attorney review.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written drafting and professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a hybrid environment.
- Experience using legal and document management software; strong proficiency with MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field; paralegal certification is preferred.
- Prior experience as a corporate or healthcare paralegal is highly beneficial.
