Position Summary: Part of interdisciplinary team who provides recovery oriented services in an OASAS 822 clinic for those that have substance use and co co-occurring disorders.
Essential Accountabilities
Experience working with individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders. Minimum certification requirements are CASAC and/or LMSW-P, LMSW, LMHC-P, LMHC, LCSW. Candidate must have knowledge of OASAS regulations. Experience with Microsoft and Excel a plus.

Position Summary: Part of interdisciplinary team who provides recovery oriented services in an OASAS 822 clinic for those that have substance use and co co-occurring disorders.
Essential Accountabilities
- Responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments, individual, group, and family psychotherapy.
- Complete timely documentation in electronic health record.
- Attain and maintain productivity expectations.
- Maintain required caseload and associated documentation.
- Maintain and send progress reports on caseload as required by mandated sources.
- Perform breathalyzer and urine testing on a regular basis.
- Coordinate care with other services/agencies.
- Attend weekly case conference meetings, individual supervision and agency mandated trainings.
- Practice mandated reporting/ incident reports based on agency and state guidelines. Obtain and maintain certifications and required licenses.
- Provide monitoring of patients progress, attendance and follow agency guidelines for contact.
- Maintain 42CFR, 45CFR, HIPPA and HIV confidentiality on all current patients and former patients of the agency.
