About the role
Wellity Health is currently looking for a full-time, associate therapist to join our team in the heart of Burlingame, CA two days a week and will have the opportunity to work on a remote basis 3 days a week. We provide supervision as one of many perks when you join the Wellity Health team.
At Wellity you will have the support of our clinical leadership team and administrative team allowing you to focus on what you do best while we manage the rest.

We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Hybrid Associate Therapist to join our growing team. This position combines both in-person work with adolescents in our Burlingame outpatient PHP / IOP program and remote telehealth services providing individual therapy to a diverse client population.
Position Overview
The Hybrid Associate Therapist will spend two days per week onsite at our Burlingame PHP / IOP program, facilitating group therapy, individual sessions, and family meetings for adolescent clients. The remaining three days will be remote, providing one-on-one psychotherapy to clients through our telehealth platform.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for clinicians who want to work in both structured, intensive outpatient settings and flexible telehealth environments while making a meaningful impact on underserved populations.
Key Responsibilities
PHP / IOP (Onsite – 2 Days / Week)
- Assist with managing a caseload of adolescents in the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) settings.
- Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy within the PHP / IOP framework.
- Conduct Biopsychosocial Assessments during intake sessions.
- Assist with case management and discharge planning for clients and their families
- Provide evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care) for adolescents.
- Lead family meetings and treatment planning sessions to ensure coordinated care.
- Participate in treatment team meetings, staff meetings, and clinical supervision.
- Timely completion of clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
