Position – Assisted Living Caregiver
Location: Wellington Place at Rib Mountain – Rib Mountain, WI (On-site)
Status: Full-time & Part-Time
Schedule: Currently hiring for our PM Shift (2PM -10PM. Every other weekend | Rotating Holidays - Ask us about our flexible scheduling, we want to work with your schedule!

Job Summary:
A Caregiver at Wellington Place at Rib Mountain is compassionate and dependable. In this role, you will provide hands-on support with daily living activities, including personal care, medication assistance, meal support, and mobility, while promoting resident dignity and independence. Caregivers also monitor resident well-being, communicate changes to the care team, and help create a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment. The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care to seniors and individuals in a residential setting.

Compensation:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour, dependent on experience

$.50 per hour shift differential for PM Shift

$1.00 per hour shift differential for NOC Shift

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve evening meals and snacks as needed.
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accordingly.
- Assist with mobility and transfers to prevent falls and injuries.
- Provide companionship and emotional support during evening hours.
- Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals or family members.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to client care.
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with team members.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Must have good communication skills

Must be able to read, write and communicate in English

Must always maintain a caring attitude towards residents and be capable of good judgment in all situations.
- Must be able to pass background checks and any required screenings.

Must be 18 years or older
- Compassionate, self-motivated individual
Preferred:
- Prior experience as a Caregiver or CNA in a long-term care setting is preferred
